We're grateful for every gift to WE SAFE PET. Donations are generally non-refundable because they are put to work caring for animals — but we want to make things right if you made a mistake.

When we can refund

If you donated by mistake — for example, a wrong amount or a duplicate gift — contact us within [number of] days of the donation at [contact email] with your name, email and the date and amount of the gift. We'll review your request promptly.

Monthly gifts

You can cancel a monthly gift at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; gifts already made are generally not refunded unless there was an error.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
